The red wine is California Wine's Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, which "produces smooth, creamy acidity through controlled malolactic fermentation."
The white wine is "Koshu Vintage 2023" from Katsunuma Brewery in Yamanashi Prefecture, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Both are recommended delicious wines with excellent value for money.
The sake is the Tsushimaya brand from Miyozakura Brewery Co., Ltd. in Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture: sake made in a brewery with the desire to brew sake that will soothe and put a smile on the face of those who drink it! This sake lives up to that spirit.
The plum wine is produced by Kanai Sake Brewery, the only brewery in Hadano, Kanagawa Prefecture, a town blessed with the bounty of Tanzawa mountain range, which was founded in 1868.
