Product Description: The Kiso River that flows through Minokamo City is also known as the "Japanese Rhine" because the scenery there resembles the Rhine River in Germany. This unfiltered raw sake with an alcohol content of 11% is made using 100% underground water from the Kiso River and brewed with yeast used in German white wine brewing. This "Ginpu" sake is a challenge to express a different flavor from conventional products that use Miyamanishiki rice, and it has a soft and juicy deliciousness. It is a hybrid of sake and wine, with a fine foam created by the secondary fermentation of white wine yeast in the bottle, and an excellent balance of a violet-like aroma, strong acidity, and refreshing sweetness.
